This year, voters in Costa Mesa District 2 will choose a City Council Member to represent our neighborhood for the first time after the city adopted a system of by-district elections in 2016. Our District includes the Halecrest and South Coast Metro residential neighborhoods, as well as the bustling SOBECA and Arts Districts.
